Vital Records Online Ordering Services The Illinois Department of Public Health seeks to secure an agreement with a Vendor to allow customers to expedite their records requests, if desired, in a secure and efficient manner at the customer's additional expense. The vendor will provide and customize a landing webpage to include IDPH branding for purchasing Illinois Vital Records, providing an alternate purchasing option not offered by IDPH. Item # 1: ( 946 - 35 ) Initial 4-year Term: NO COST TO THE STATE: Expedited remote ordering fee for on-line ordering of vital records requests that includes an applicant identify authentication mechanism.
