Hepatitis/HIV/Syphilis 4th Gen Assay Screening IFB IDPH Laboratory Invitation For Bid of HIV 4th generation HIV-1/HIV-2 antibodies, p24 antigen, Syphilis IgG and IgM antibody testing, and Hepatitis B and C testing. Item # 1: ( 193 - 40 ) Year One - Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), Hepatitis B surface antibody (Anti-HBs), and total antibody (IgM and IgG) to Hepatitis B core antigen (Total anti-HBc). The cost per test result, inclusive of all reagents (test kits, controls, & calibrators), consumables, and instrumentation necessary to perform qualitative detection. This includes approximately 3,300 screening tests per year (includes 3,000 serum specimens, 10% repeat testing and daily controls). All shipping charges will be covered by Vendor. Year One - Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), Hepatitis B surface antibody (Anti-HBs), and total antibody (IgM and IgG) to Hepatitis B core antigen (Total anti-HBc). The cost per test result, inclusive of all reagents (test kits, controls, & calibrators), consumables, and instrumentation necessary to perform qualitative detection. The cost per test result, inclusive of all reagents (test kits, controls, & calibrators), consumables, and instrumentation necessary to perform qualitative detection. This includes approximately 13,200 screening tests per year (includes 12,000 serum specimens, 10% repeat testing and daily controls). All shipping charges will be covered by Vendor.
