Amount of watering may vary depending on weather, but trees need to be alive after one year. Trees need to be replaced by the contractor if not alive after 1 year at no additional cost. Also, trees may require bracing and bracing removal. Winning vendor is required to JULIE (Joint Utility Locating Information for Excavators) each site.
