The services under this contract are "as needed" and do not guarantee services will be needed each month. The awarded vendor shall invoice monthly for services performed. Item # 4: ( 968 - 72 ) De-icing as necessary to maintain safe passage on all paved areas, parking areas, driveways, approaches, walkways, etc. Environmentally friendly de-icing products that don't damage concrete entrances, walkways, and steps, shall be used to prevent ice buildups. All chemicals used shall, at a minimum, comply with State of Illinois environmental regulations and local codes. De-icing as necessary to maintain safe passage on all paved areas, parking areas, driveways, approaches, walkways, etc. Environmentally friendly de-icing products that don't damage concrete entrances, walkways, and steps, shall be used to prevent ice buildups. All chemicals used shall, at a minimum, comply with State of Illinois environmental regulations and local codes.
