Change Order Notice - Creative Paid Media -Amendment #1 Change Order: The Department is increasing funds to the final renewal contract that is effective 10/28/2025 through 10/27/2027. The vendor must continue to develop and produce creative materials for statewide highways safety and other safety campaigns, targeting ages 35-64 and enhance Work Zones and Move Over awareness campaigns outlined in the contract. The vendor shall continue to work closely with the Office of Communications & the Bureau of Safety Programs & Engineering outlined in contract.
