The Vendor must perform all services directly and shall not delegate, outsource, or subcontract any portion of the work to external parties. Furthermore, the Vendor must be a professional entity that is regularly and actively engaged in providing the services described herein as part of its core business operations. This requirement ensures the necessary expertise, accountability, and quality of service. Vendor shall enter pricing for Labor- Straight Time.
