FY26 IDOT D1 Snow Removal Services- Rebid Contract for Snow and Ice Removal at 211th Metra Sta. - Forest Blvd & Park St, Matteson, IL 60466 and the 211th Street Metra Station Lot 2 - 21041 Olympian Way, Olympia Fields, IL 60461. Contract shall begin November 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026. Item # 1: ( 968 - 72 ) Snow Removal of 1"- 2.99" accumulation to maintain safe passage for access to the building, parking areas, roadways, approaches, vehicular court, walkways (See Snow Removal Attachment for walkway locations). 211th Metra Sta. Item # 4: ( 968 - 72 ) De-icing as necessary to maintain safe passage on all paved areas, parking areas, driveways, approaches, walkways, etc. Environmentally friendly de-icing products that don't damage concrete entrances, walkways, and steps, shall be used to prevent ice buildups. All chemicals used shall, at a minimum, comply with State of Illinois environmental regulations and local codes. Contract shall begin November 1,2025 through April 30,2026. No Subcontracting Allowed.
