IDOT D9 Wetland Mitigation Credits - Big Muddy - IFB The Department seeks to procure Wetland Mitigation Bank Credits. The Vendor must provide required wetland mitigation credits to meet wetland impact permit requirements dictated by the United States Corps of Engineers and the Illinois Department of Natural Resources to provide compensatory wetland mitigation to offset wetland impacts. Item # 1: 12 months Initial Term: The Department seeks to procure 15 Wetland Mitigation Bank Credits. The Vendor must provide required wetland mitigation credits for IDOT's District 9 to meet wetland impact permit requirements dictated by the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) to provide compensatory wetland mitigation to offset wetland impacts. 12 months Initial Term: The Department seeks to procure 15 Wetland Mitigation Bank Credits.
