D2 Wetland Mitigation Credits

The Department seeks to procure Wetland Mitigation Bank Credits. The Vendor must provide required wetland mitigation credits to meet wetland impact permit requirements dictated by the United States Corps of Engineers and the Illinois Department of Natural Resources to provide compensatory wetland mitigation to offset wetland impacts.
