Re-Bid D7 Fire Panel - Critical Infrastructure

Item # 1: The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) is seeking bids to provide labor and material for full and complete fire panel replacement. Attached are Exhibit 1 - 2023 Testing - Inventory List and Exhibit 2 - 2023 Testing - Fire Inspection which will assist in the estimated number of devices currently installed and needing replaced. There are 3 buildings within the main campus offices. Headquarters buildings, Annex, and Operations buildings at IDOT District 7 Headquarters, 400 West Wabash Avenue, Effingham, IL 62401. Attached are floorplans with panel and door locations. A MANDATORY pre-submission location inspection and walkthrough is scheduled for Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at 11am (CST). Location information and specifics attached. All vendor who attended the MANDATORY pre-submission location inspection and walkthrough Monday, April 22, 2024 @ 11:00am do not need to attend. All questions and answers from both will be posted to BidBuy.
