D7 Fire Panel - Critical Infrastructure
Item # 1: ( 340 - 00 ) Full and complete fire panel replacement which includes all devices; intelligent power expander, photo detector, detector base, point addressable fire panel, lcd remote annunciator red enclosure, heat detector, duct detector with relay, addressable pull station dual action, input module, relay module, wall selectable horn/strobe - red, power supplies, panel cabling, and any other device needed for a functioning system under NFPA standards. Attached are Exhibit 1, Exhibit 2, and Exhibit 3 which will assist in the estimated number of devices currently installed and needing replaced. Currently installed fire devices are ESTIMATED and all devices that are currently installed will need to be replaced so that existing fire protection coverage is the same after update. *The new system needs to function and cover the exact same area we currently monitor. There are 3 buildings within the main campus offices. Headquarters buildings, Annex, and Operations buildings. Attached are floorplans with panel and door locations. Item # 2: ( 340 - 00 ) Necessary Hardware, Cabling, and Equipment to install Magnet Hold Opens on existing Fire Doors in 22 locations. Necessary Hardware to include. Wall mount magnets for magnetic door hold opens, door mount plate and bar for magnetic door hold opens, electrical relays to properly operate and control magnetic door hold opens, and power supplies to operate and control magnetic door hold opens. Will need to connect to main fire panel or Extender panel in outer buildings on campus. Hardware is to be mounted to the door and the wall. Run Wiring to power supplies and magnetic door hold open control panels so that the magnets will release and the doors automatically close in a fire event on fire panel.

This is currently monitored on the panel and is attached to the same building the main panel is in. Will be a separate NAC-Node on the panel. Run necessary wiring to equipment so that the new devices will operate properly on fire panel system. Necessary Wiring to meet or exceed NFPA and NEC standards and are currently specked at 14/2 red non-plenum shielded cabling for this location. The Maintenance Garage is an open ceiling, block wall metal hoop structure and all devices will be surface mounted to the block wall or the metal trusses of building. The office space has a drop ceiling and framed walls. Devices will be mounted to wall or to drop ceiling. All mounting hardware, conduit, electrical boxes, mud rings, and fasteners will be provided and installed so devices are mounted securely in all locations.
