IDOC - BMR - Building Automation System 1-Year Contract SP w SSC - JF Big Muddy River Correctional Center seeks to procure a contract with Sole Sourche vendor to provide inspections/service to include parts, repairs, and preventative maintenance to the Building Automation System on a scheduled as needed basis. Item # 1: ( 031 - 26 ) Initial Term Year One (1) Sole source conditions for a Siemens proprietary building automation system. all materials provided shall be new, unless otherwise stipulated, and compliant with applicable manufacturer's specifications. Replacement parts and other materials may be billed by the Vendor.
