IDOC MEN SP w/SSC Waste Disposal/Landfill Access JRA Menard Correctional Center is seeking a vendor to provide waste disposal/landfill access within a 50 mile radius. Small Purchase with Sole Source Conditions. Item # 1: ( 988 - 46 ) Department of Corrections/Menard Correctional Center is requesting access to a local landfill for dumping privileges for nonhazardous landfill material disposal, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Landfill must be within a 50 mile radius from Menard Correctional Center. Approximately 10 ton will be delivered to the receiving landfill by a Menard Correctional Center trash truck two (2) to three (3) times per week or approximately 1650 ton per year depending on volume. This is for the period of January 10, 2026 - June 30, 2026. Department of Corrections/Menard Correctional Center is requesting access to a local landfill for dumping privileges for nonhazardous landfill material disposal, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
