IDOC Mattress/Pillow Manufacturing Supplies Graham Correctional Center is seeking to procure materials for the manufacture of standard-issue mattresses and pillows for individuals in custody. Item # 1: ( 565 - 23 ) Year 1 Pillow Insert 20 inches X 26 inches 100% Polypropylene (non-woven polyester) covering. 100% pure polyester fiberfill, non-allergenic, water resistant, high loft. Must be free of lumps and the fiber fill must be slick polyester to resist lumping. Weight 20 oz minimum fill weight, PF-24. Pillow must meet or exceed fire resistant testing pursuant to California Technical Bulletin, Section 3 resilient filling materials test.
