IDOC - Body Scanner Repair & Maintenance Agreement Illinois Department of Corrections is seeking to procure a One (1) year comprehensive service and maintenance coverage for six (6) LineV Clearpass Full Body Scanning Systems. Item # 1: ( 898 - 80 ) One (1) year comprehensive service and maintenance coverage for six (6) LineV Clearpass Full Body Scanning Systems. will cover six (6) units at: Lawrence, Logan, Menard, Pinckneyville, Pontiac and NRC (Stateville). Includes: all scheduled preventative maintenance, radiological compliance testing and certification, software/firmware updates, remote and on-site technical support, OEM parts replacement, and on-site repair services. Vendor must be an authorized LineV Clearpass service provider. Response time for critical service requests shall not exceed 24 hours. Fixed annual cost inclusive of travel and labor. Please reference IFB for full specifications.
