IDOC MEN Roof Repairs CLS Menard Correctional Center is seeking a vendor to do roof repairs to three separate buildings to prevent water leaking. Item # 1: ( 910 - 66 ) Menard Correctional Center is seeking licensed roofing vendors to complete roof repairs to the knit shop, health care unit, and employee kitchen buildings to include all labor, materials, equipment and consumables. There are 3 separated buildings requiring roof repairs, knit shop, employee kitchen, and health care unit. Existing roofs are different make ups. Requested repairs are to match the existing roofs on each building to repair and patch holes and spots leaking. Menard Correctional Center is seeking licensed roofing vendors to complete roof repairs to the knit shop, health care unit, and employee kitchen buildings to include all labor, materials, equipment and consumables. There are 3 separated buildings requiring roof repairs, knit shop, employee kitchen, and health care unit. Existing roofs are different make ups. Amount of roof decking cannot be determined until existing areas requiring repair are removed. Chief Engineer will be consulted and will require their approval for the total square footage of roof decking to be replaced. Price by square foot.
