IDOC MEN Employee Kitchen A/C Replacement - JRA Menard CC is seeking to procure the replacement of 4 A/C units in the employee kitchen. Item # 1: ( 910 - 36 ) Menard Correctional Center is seeking bids for a complete air conditioner replacement system for the Employee Kitchen building. All bids submitted should include material and labor for a complete R-410A air conditioning system that includes condenser unit/s and air handler as well as freon and any other associated items to comprise a complete system. Current system is comprised of a 4-package 6 ton units COOLING ONLY (Carrier model number 50TFF007-511, Serial numbers 3907G30111, 3907G20275, 3907G20274, AND 3907G30110). Bid is to include disposal of the four existing condenser units as well as disconnection and reconnection of all existing duct work.
