CHANGE ORDER NOTICE #1-IDNR Statewide Construction Inspection Services Change Order Notice #1-The Office of Water Resources seeks to add 60 months to the term of the original contract, which is set to expire March 1st of 2026, and to add $2,000,000 to the Maximum Amount (Section 2.5 page 8) of the Contract. Item # 1: ( 925 - 33 ) The Office of Water Resources seeks to add 60 months to the term of the original contract, which is set to expire March 1st of 2026, and to add $2,000,000 to the Maximum Amount (Section 2.5 page 8) of the Contract. Additionally, the Office of Water Resources is seeking to change the upper limit of hourly compensation in Standard Provision 1.7 from $75/hour to $90/hour. OWR is also seeking to change the allowable direct costs for owned or leased vehicles, found on form BDE 436 in Attachment II from $65 per full day to $90/full day.
