Item # 1: ( 906 - 57 ) CO Notice #3 - The DRAFT report was completed in November 2025 and a public meeting was to be held prior to publication of the final report to allow public/stakeholder input. However, due to the large number of stakeholders along the Rock River that might be interested in this topic, it will be best to schedule a public meeting in early 2026 to avoid the holidays and provide adequate lead and planning time. This date is beyond the current contract end date. The extension allows the contractor to incorporate any needed changes/modifications from the public/stakeholders to the report before it is published.
