DNR - Purchase of Excavator Item # 1: ( 020 - 02 ) The Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) requires one (1) heavy duty, low ground pressure hydraulic forestry grade excavator for use by IDNR Division of Wildlife. Excavator shall be fully assembled and ready for use upon delivery. Detailed specifications are included in the Attachments tab. Excavator must be new, unused and free from defects.
