OLE CPO 2 Deep V Aluminum Boat Packages
The Illinois Department of Natural Resources Office of Law Enforcement is seeking to purchase 2 Deep V Aluminum Boat Packages (boat, motor and trailer) for the Illinois Conservation Police Officers to utilize during search and rescue missions as well as enforcement. The minimum specifications are listed in the "Attachments" tab.
Item # 3: Awards shall be made to the compliant low bidder(s) by line item. The use of a brand name is for describing the standard of quality, performance, and characteristics desired and is not intended to limit or restrict competition. Or Equal submissions will not be rejected because of minor differences in design, construction or features that do not affect the suitability of the product for its intended use. Burden of proof that the product is equal is on the bidder.
