Description

OLE Boat motor replacements

The Illinois Department of Natural Resources, Office of Law Enforcement is seeking to purchase 12 replacement gasoline outboard motors of various horsepower for boats currently in the Illinois Conservation Police nautical fleet. Please refer to the "attachments" tab and review the general specifications as well as the item descriptions to bid. Award shall be made to the compliant low bidder by line item. Each line will be awarded separately.

Item # 8: Awards shall be made to the compliant low bidder(s) by line item. The use of a brand name is for describing the standard of quality, performance, and characteristics desired and is not intended to limit or restrict competition. Or Equal submissions will not be rejected because of minor differences in design, construction or features that do not affect the suitability of the product for its intended use. Burden of proof that the product is equal is on the bidder.
