IDNR - World Shooting Complex 20x40 Unit Lease - Building 5- Space 501 IDNR is accepting bids for lease of one (1) 20 x40 unit in Building 5 - Space 501 located in one of five stand-alone buildings along the trap course at the World Shooting Complex in Sparta, Illinois. See attachments for further details. Item # 1: Vendor shall submit pricing on all BidBuy Line Items. The Unit of Measure that the Vendor shall submit in BidBuy is the annual rental amount (in dollars) that the Vendor will pay to IDNR for each year of the contract and renewal terms. BidBuy will show the net Unit Cost and Total Cost in dollars. IDNR anticipates that a fair annual rent payment shall be no less than $3,000.00 for each year of the contract. The highest bid price will be determined by the sum of the annual payments. Vendor shall submit pricing on all BidBuy Line Items.
