DMH Small Purchase PMHC FY27-FY29 Barber/Beautician Services Item # 1: Packard Mental Health Center is a 24/7 State-Operated Forensic Psychiatric Hospital operating out of six geographically separate patient units housing a maximum of 150 patients. Vendor must travel to facility with necessary equipment to provide services to hospital residents. Population is comprised of both male and female patients of various ethnicities and socioeconomic backgrounds. Strict adherence to Public Health safety and sanitation standards is mandatory. Due to potential for aggressively violent behaviors, vendor must maintain hypervigilance to ensure the security of all sharp objects at all times. Vendors must submit their current Illinois license and complete HIPPA related documentation before services can be provided. All vendors will be escorted by and must take direction from hospital personnel. Estimates represent the anticipated needed haircuts and are not a guaranteed total.
