DHS IFB ISVI - Two school buses The Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) is seeking a vendor for the purchase of two (2) school buses to be used to transport students from the Illinois School for the Visually Impaired (ISVI) throughout the school year for scheduled home visits and school related events. One (1) school bus shall be a minimum 66 passenger with wheelchair lift and one (1) school bus a minimum 71 passenger.
