FY26-27 Fox Elevator Testing Repair & Maintenance Provide Certified Technicians for Annual Testing; Quarterly Preventative Maintenance and Maintenance and Repairs for 6 passenger elevators located throughout Fox Developmental Center. Item # 1: ( 910 - 13 ) Provide Annual Performance Testing on 6 Elevators at Fox Center. The FAID testing will be coordinated between Elevator and Smoke Sensitivity Company in possession of the Fox Center Contract to maintain compliance. Date of last signature to June 30, 2026.
