DHS SP Ludeman Barber & Beautician Serv FY26 The Dept. of Human Services is seeking a vendor to perform FY26 barber and beauty services at the Elisabeth Ludeman Center, 114 N. Orchard Drive, Park Forest, IL 60466. Item # 1: ( 952 - 10 ) Barber & Beautician Services for the Elisabeth Ludeman Center. The licensed contractor shall provide haircuts, shampoo and stylings, scalp treatments and beard trimming, etc. for the individuals who reside at the Center. The anticipated term of the contract is the last dated signature of the parties through 6/30/26. Services shall be performed on an appointment basis, approx. 9 hours per week. Services shall be provided in accordance with the contract's Scope of Work. The quantity shown is an estimate of hours required during the term of the contract. The actual number of hours during the term of the contract are not guaranteed. Barber & Beautician Services for the Elisabeth Ludeman Center.
