Change Order Notice Illinois Assistive Tech FastTrack OEL This Change Order Notice is to add funding to the Vocational Rehab Sole Source Contract with IATP for additional VR customer equipment. Item # 1: ( 952 - 90 ) The additional funding is for VR customer equipment; this increase in the contract would allow IATP to purchase additional equipment and ship this equipment to the customers directly. With recent rule changes due to an audit review, it was determined that VR customer equipment, including laptops, is an exempt service, meaning that the VR program is responsible for purchasing this hardware for students to fulfill vocational goals. 100% FEDERAL FUNDING The additional funding is for VR customer equipment; this increase in the contract would allow IATP to purchase additional equipment and ship this equipment to the customers directly.
