DHS SP Ludeman Cold Storage Services FY25-26 The Illinois Department of Human Services (DHS) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide storage for frozen and refrigerated food products at a frozen food storage facility. Services will include the receiving, handling and storage of food items from various vendors; withdrawal of food items from the vendor's facility; and weekly deliveries of the food withdrawals to the Elisabeth Ludeman Developmental Center located at 114 N. Orchard Dr., Park Forest, IL. Item # 1: ( 962 - 95 ) Receiving/handling of frozen & refrigerated food products, as described in Section 1.2 of the Scope of Work. Cold Storage Services for the Elisabeth Ludeman Center, 114 N. Orchard Drive, Park Forest, IL 60466. The expected timeframe for the estimated quantity is upon contract execution through 6/30/26.
