DHS SP Ludeman Cold Storage Services FY25-26 The Illinois Department of Human Services (DHS) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide storage for frozen and refrigerated food products at a frozen food storage facility. Services will include the receiving, handling and storage of food items from various vendors; withdrawal of food items from the vendor's facility; and weekly deliveries of the food withdrawals to the Elisabeth Ludeman Developmental Center located at 114 N. Orchard Dr., Park Forest, IL. Estimated contract term-3/1/25-2/28/26.
