DHS Murray SP-Rental of Portable Chiller Chilled HVAC Operations Murray Developmental Center is seeking bids for Portable Chiller Unit, Pump and Generator rental for Emergency Chilled HVAC Operations. Vendor must supply an Chiller capable of producing 110 tons minimum with pump. Please see Scope of Service. Item # 1: ( 981 - 12 ) W.G. Murray Developmental Center is seeking bids for Portable Chiller Unit, Pump and Generator rental for Emergency Chilled HVAC Operations. Vendor must supply an Chiller capable of producing 110 tons minimum with pump. Specs provided: Temperature expected: 72 degree. Flow Rate: 300 gpm at 60 ft. of head. Enter Water Temp (EWT): 55 Degree. Leaving Water Temp: 45-49 Degree. Pressure differential thru system: Delta P: 30psi. Minimum Electrical distance for tie-in: 125 ft. Minimum Piping distance for tie-in: 125 ft. for Supply, 125 ft. for Return. Existing Pipe size: 5in. Can utilize 6in. if possible. If Chiller Unit has 4in. lines then Booster Pump must be utilize with 300/100gpm electrical capacity. Generator must produce minimum of 187kw, Diesel fuel if applicable to support Chiller and Booster Pump if needed. Must provide Diesel GPH for operation of unit. Vendor must supply preventative maintenance. Vendor must insure Chiller and Generator are trailered, Booster Pump is exempted. Vendor must provide staff for mobilize and demobilize. Vendor must provide startup and advise appropriate staff. Vendor must be available for technical issues that may arise 24/7/365. Vendor must report to Facility Chief Engineer for all operations.
