DHS SP FY25 Smoke Sensitivity Testing and inspection - Shapiro Smoke Sensitivity Testing and Inspection at Shapiro Center - 100 E. Jeffery Street Kanakakee, IL 60901. Term: 7/1/2024-6/30/2025. See attached Scope of Service. Item # 1: ( 936 - 33 ) Smoke Sensitivity Testing of all smoke detectors/devices in every building (27 Buildings) on the Shapiro Center Campus. Price for testing should be total dollar amount. This testing is done annually (i.e. one time each year). There will be one test per building during the course of the year. Pricing based on all buildings is requested. In accordance with Illinois Office of State Fire Marshall (OSFM) ASME A17.1-2019 and ASME A18.1-2017, live testing of fire alarm initiating devices (FAID) for both hydraulic and traction elevators with FAID recall zone of 11 elevators at Shapiro Center. This is to be completed in conjunction with the Elevator inspection company. Smoke Sensitivity Testing of all smoke detectors/devices in every building (27 Buildings) on the Shapiro Center Campus.
