Illinois Department of Human Services Manager's Training IDHS Manager's training. Requesting lodging and meeting space large enough to accommodate 350+ attendees on a Tuesday-Thursday in either March or April 2025 Item # 1: ( 971 - 30 ) Meeting space for FCS Manager Training. Requires a large conference room including audio/visual with classroom style seating for 350 attendees. Please include the following in the audio/visual package: 3-4 microphones, projector with screen, slide remote, all necessary cables, and Wi-Fi access. Please include table skirts/cloths for all tables as well as water stations throughout the training. Also requires six break-out rooms for the full day of the training including audio/visual with theater style seating to accommodate 50 attendees per room. The training will begin at 12 pm on Tuesday and end at 12 pm on Thursday. Please provide all available Tuesday - Thursday dates from March-April 2025. Please include a registration area on Tuesday morning. Venue must be located in the state of Illinois. Please see the attached Scope of Services regarding dates for the event. Item # 2: ( 971 - 30 ) This training requires a block of 350 hotel rooms to be direct billed at the state or federal rate. Please include tax and parking in the proposal. If the hotel does not have 350 rooms available, the Illinois Department of Human Services will be willing to work with an overflow hotel so long as they too are willing to direct bill at the state or government rate. The hotel facility must be located in Illinois. This training requires a block of 350 hotel rooms to be direct billed at the state or federal rate. Please include tax and parking in the proposal.
