DHS-IFB- Kiley - Sprinkler System Services The Illinois Department of Human Services (DHS) is seeking a vendor to provide repair and maintenance, test and inspection services to the fire sprinkler systems at the Ann M. Kiley Developmental Center (Kiley Center, located at 1401 W. Dugdale Rd, Waukegan, Illinois. Item # 2: ( 936 - 09 ) Quarterly inspections - Flat rate per inspection - 3 inspections per year for 3 year initial term from 7/1/24-6/30/27. Quarterly inspections - Flat rate per inspection - 3 inspections per year for 3 year initial term from 7/1/24-6/30/27. Item # 3: ( 936 - 09 ) Annual inspection - Flat rate per inspection - 1x per year for a three year term from 7/1/24-6/30/27.
