Kiley Developmental Center (Kiley Center, located at 1401 W. Dugdale Rd, Waukegan, Illinois. Item # 2: ( 936 - 09 ) Quarterly inspections - Flat rate per inspection - 3 inspections per year for 3 year initial term from 7/1/24-6/30/27.
