Venue for National Service Summit IDHS- Serve Illinois seeks a venue in Chicago to hold the National Service Summit for the date of May 20, 2024 Item # 1: ( 971 - 65 ) IDHS- Serve Illinois seeks a venue in Chicago to hold the National Service Summit for the date of May 20, 2024. Access to the venue would be needed from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but the actual event will take place from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Access to the venue on the afternoon of Sunday, May 19, 2024, will also be needed for set up. The venue must have a ballroom with a capacity of 225 people for plenary sessions, round tables, chairs, a screen projector, and audio. The venue must offer a boxed lunch option, a minimum of six breakout room options, audio and visual options for each room, and tables and chairs for each room. The venue must be accessible, including having ramps and elevators, if there is a second floor. The venue must be accessible by public transportation and have parking, whether included in the price or a paid option, for attendees.
