IWIC Maintenance and Support The Department of Human Services requests responses from vendors experienced in providing system maintenance and operations (M&O) for the Management Information System (MIS) to support the provision of the WIC program. Through this RFP, the IDHS is accepting proposals for operations, maintenance, support, enhancements, and modification as required and approved by the State for the State WIC MIS known as IWIC and its interfaces. Item # 1: This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) which requires the pricing to remain locked/unopened prior to the Agency's evaluation of the Vendor's Technical proposal.
