JPMC Casual Footwear CMS, in agreement with the Chief Procurement Officer for General Services (CPO-GS), desires to establish a joint purchase master contract for the purchase of casual footwear. Item # 1: ( 800 - 05 ) Shoes, Tennis Women's Leather; Medium duty; hook and loop; Design and Construction: a walking or court shoe style with heavy rubber sole that is fully stitched at 2.5 stitches per inch all the way around the circumference of the shoe and firmly attaches the rubber sole to the leather upper. Colors: solid white or black. Size Marking: sizes must be permanently marked on the case and on the inside of each shoe. Sizes: women's sizes 4 through 14 regular and wide in whole and half sizes. Uppers: leather, minimum thickness of 1.4 mm with ventilation holes in vamp and on both sides. Closure: hook and loop with double stitching around the eyelets - no metal or plastic eyelets. Lining: inside of shoe shall be lined with soft moisture-absorbing material; collar and tongue are to be fully padded with 1 cm foam and fully covered with the same lining.
