JPMC Chicago Metro Presort Mail CMS, in agreement with the Chief Procurement Officer for General Services (CPO-GS), desires to establish a joint purchase master contract for Chicago Metro Presort Mail Services. Item # 1: ( 915 - 28 ) BIDDERS - DO NOT ENTER AMOUNTS ON THIS LINE ITEM - RATES ARE SET BY THE UNITED STATE POSTAL SERVICE. --- Chicago Presort: The State will meter its First-Class letter sized mail at the then current Mixed AADC rate set by the United States Postal Service during the term of this Contract.
