JPMC - Scrap Metal Recycling R.1-3, 7-9 CMS, in agreement with the Chief Procurement Officer for General Services (CPO-GS), desires to establish a joint purchase master contract for Scrap Metal Recycling Services. Item # 1: ( 998 - 68 ) Region 1 - Scrap Metal: Vendor shall pay the State the average weekly high side rate for the calendar month of pick-up per gross ton. Vendor will enter only the Discount % in the line item. Award is to the highest discount percentage submitted by the vendor which will result in the greatest return to the State. Region 1 includes the counties of Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry and Will. Region 1 - Scrap Metal: Vendor shall pay the State the average weekly high side rate for the calendar month of pick-up per gross ton. Vendor will enter only the Discount % in the line item.
