Item # 1: ( 971 - 55 ) Parking Zone 1 --- MULTI-LEVEL GARAGE PARKING FACILITY OR SURFACE LOT--- State-Paid --- within the geographic parameters of: Wacker Drive on the west; Wacker Drive on the north; Washington Street to the south, State Street to the east /// The State requires a guaranteed availability of 85 secured State-paid parking spaces in Zone 1 upon Contract execution.
