Minimum performance requirement for a replacement unit to include Direct Fire Unit that brings in 100% outside air, Energy Conservation Code (IECC) and the ASHRAE Standard 90.1, 1,700,000BTU, 16,800cfm, H.P. 10, Natural Gas, Blower RPM 853, Ext. Static Pres .20. Provide manufactured warranty. See attachment A shop layout, Attachment B data plate, and Weather Rite Current Overhead Shop Furnace Pic Attachment C. This facility only has a 240-volt transformer on site; this is the maximum voltage to accommodate a new unit install.
