Medicaid Certification Services and Technical Assitance The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) is seeking services to administer the Medicaid Community Mental Health Services Program (MCMHS) pertaining to the certification of providers and deliver technical assistance necessary for the development of Medicaid Community Mental Health Services. Item # 1: ( 946 - 10 ) Administrative consulting, to conduct various activities and functions described in 59 Ill. Adm. Code, Ch. 1 Part 132, Medicaid Community Mental Health Services Program MCMHS pertaining to the certification of providers, to deliver technical assistance necessary for the development of Medicaid Community Mental Health Services contracts that are in full compliance with Part 132, and to provide various administrative functions for the transition out of Departments Care Coordination Pilot program.
