Cost Recovery Program The Department of Children and Family Services need to procure a vendor to perform the following services: preparation and negotiation of the annual central services indirect cost allocation, implementation of private agency random moment survey (RMS), maintenance of public assistance cost allocation plan (PACAP), direct vs indirect analysis, maintenance of magnetic version of CFR reporting model.
