Rebid - PO25-390 JP Lead Agency IFB for Mobile Fingerprinting Scanners and Software The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) and Illinois Department of Early Childhood (IDEC) and their business and technical stakeholders (hereinafter the State and Child Welfare Contributing Agencies ((CWCA))) is rebidding and desires to establish a joint purchase contract for all-in-one electronic fingerprint capture/control software and mobile fingerprint scanners including a photo capture module (collectively called the Biometric Solution). Item # 1: ( 990 - 41 ) All-in-one electronic fingerprint capture/control software and mobile fingerprint scanners including a photo capture module. Mobile fingerprinting leases must start on the date of acceptance and may be for a period of twelve (12) months, as determined by the needs of DCFS. The date of acceptance is the date the device was delivered certified as meeting the leased order specifications. Agency to utilize this line item for leases of mobile fingerprinting scanners against the contract with an initial term of 12 months. All-in-one electronic fingerprint capture/control software and mobile fingerprint scanners including a photo capture module. Mobile fingerprinting leases must start on the date of acceptance and may be for a period of twelve (12) months, as determined by the needs of DCFS.
