Item # 2: ( 915 - 23 ) The space provided (one room) will need to have the following items: Podium with 2 each 8ft long head tables and additional seating for 150 participants. 2 screens, 2 AV carts, 4 hand-held microphones, 1 hour AV labor, LCD support and VGA splitter.
