OCA Fiscal Annual Grant Application Workshop DCEO is seeking an event venue for 3/7-3-/8/2024 Item # 1: ( 915 - 23 ) Meeting space for approximately 175 individuals on March 5, 2024 (full day) and March 6, 2024 from 8am-12 noon. Item # 2: ( 915 - 23 ) The space provided (one room) will need to have the following items: Podium with 2 each 8ft long head tables and additional seating for 150 participants. 2 screens, 2 AV carts, 4 hand-held microphones, 1 hour AV labor, LCD support and VGA splitter.
