Adult Education Management Information System The Illinois Community College Board (ICCB) seeks proposals for a vendor-hosted, commercial off-the-shelf or standardized Adult Education Management Information System (MIS) and related services to collect data and produce required federal and state reports under WIOA Title II. The MIS must meet all WIOA and Illinois-specific reporting and data collection requirements as outlined in the RFP. Item # 1: This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) which requires the pricing to remain locked/unopened prior to the Agency's evaluation of the Vendor's Technical proposal.
