CANCELED EMERGENCY NOTICE: AGR-DQSF-Alcohol Concession CANCELED; This is a public notice of an Emergency for alcohol concession at the Du Quoin State Fair. This is not a competitive solicitation. Item # 2: The Unit of Measure in BidBuy is the percentage of gross receipts that the Vendor will pay to DuQuoin State Fair for the emergency contract. BidBuy will show the line item Net Unit Cost and Total Cost in dollars but the actual Unit of Measurement is percentage. This includes the privilege to operate and maintain an alcohol concession in the following areas of the DQ State Fairgrounds during 2025 Du Quoin State Fair: Beer tent, grandstand, picnic, corral area, Southern Illinois Center, and any area subsequently designated by the State. Vendor shall be the exclusive provider of beer and alcohol dispensing services during Du Quoin State Fair.
