CANCELED: AGR-ISF-Alcohol at Beer Tent

CANCELED: AGR-ISF-Alcohol at Beer Tent Vendor to provide beer dispensing services at three (3) beer tents, the Village of Cultures, and Reisch Pavilion at the Illinois State Fair. This will be a concession contract allowed under Illinois Procurement Code (30 ILCS 500/53-10) and awarded to the highest bidder with the best return to the State. Item # 1: Vendor shall submit pricing on BidBuy Line Items. The Unit of Measure that the Vendor shall submit in BidBuy is the percentage of gross receipts that the Vendor will pay to Illinois State Fair for the one year contract. BidBuy will show the line item Net Unit Cost and Total Cost in dollars but the actual Unit of Measurement is percentage. The award is based off the highest percentage.
