This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ for Triennial Annual Electric Inspection in accordance with the SOW. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06 effective August 27, 2025. This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811210, with size standard of $34.0M. The FSC/PSC is H961. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4, Services 2 at 3900 Woodland Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19104-4551 is seeking to purchase FY26 Triennial Breaker Inspections.
