This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. This is not a request for proposal, quotation, or bid. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 08, intends to issue a solicitation for the procurement of seven (7) SR9 Ultrasound System; seven (7) SR9 Kickstand/Mounting Plate; seven (7) SR9 Linear Probe; seven (7) MER Stand, Brand Name or Equal. REQUIREMENT: The C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center requires seven (7) SR9 Ultrasound System; seven (7) SR9 Kickstand/Mounting Plate; seven (7) SR9 Linear Probe; seven (7) MER Stand. This is in support of replacing the current ultrasound system due to end-of-life and warranty expiration. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to complete the deliverables. Technical Specifications: (7) SR9 Ultrasound System (7) SR9 Kickstand/Mounting Plate (7) SR9 Linear Probe (7) MER Stand Additional information will be provided within the Solicitation. ANTICIPATED SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE: The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about 01/15/2026 with responses due approximately 10 days thereafter. The solicitation will be available for download through the SAM website (https://www.sam.gov). ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This is an announcement of an upcoming solicitation as required by FAR 5.2 "Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions".
